ERGO Tip:
Learning to use the keyboard shortcuts rather than the mouse can improve productivity and healthy habits. For example, to toggle through multiple windows, hold down the Alt key while pressing the Tab key. It takes time to learn the keyboard shortcut keys that are most applicable to your work. However, once it is a habit, you can be up to 25 – 50% faster using the computer.
Our Mission
OneErgoNet’s approach is to cultivate practical solutions to maximize productivity, reduce risk, and minimize cost for employers, public entities, insurance professionals and individuals.
Services are provided by a network of experts including Ergonomists, Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Risk Management Specialists, and related Health and Safety Professionals.
