Combo Group Training and Preventative Workstation Reviews
This is a great option for groups in the process of office relocations, groups of new hires, or for work groups needing training along with individual assistance. The OneErgoNet consultant provides an onsite interactive course emphasizing practical knowledge in ergonomics principles, the application of ergonomics interventions, and appropriate work techniques for the employee in his/her work environment. When possible, actual equipment adjustments (such as the chair adjustments) are reviewed and demonstrated. The individual workstation reviews provide an opportunity for employees to ask specific questions about their individual concerns and to receive assistance in applying ergonomics principles to their workstation and work techniques. A summary report with individual recommendations for each employee is provided.

The onsite customized course emphasizes practical problem solving approaches to evaluating and mitigating musculoskeletal risk factors through appropriate computer workstation design and adjustment, applicable equipment selection, and safe work processes and techniques. Participants are provided the tools needed to complete basic computer ergonomic evaluations in your organization for new hires, employees relocated to different or new workstations, or to adhere to company policies or union contracts.
